It bears a stamp on the bottom "Made in Germany - French zone".
The French occupation zone, officially called the French Zone of Occupation (ZFO), was one of the four Allied zones established in Germany after World War II. A political entity, it ended on with the entry into force of the Bonn Treaty.
This stein was therefore manufactured between 1945 and 1955 in the French occupation zone of post-war Germany.
It is in very good condition.
