✨ Antique Fluted Glass Inkwell – Belle Époque

This delicately crafted inkwell, made of molded blown glass, features pretty fluting that poetically catches the light. Its original brass hinged lid opens to a cavity that once held the black ink for beautiful correspondences of yesteryear.
Period: late 19th / early 20th century (circa 1880-1910)
Materials: slightly iridescent clear glass – brass mounting
Dimensions: height 10.5 cm, base diameter 8.5 cm, stopper diameter 5.5 cm, weight 375 g.
Condition: very good general condition, some traces of time on the metal, some traces of use on the glass on the bottom, the top of the body, and the tip.
