Very pretty rounded ceramic jug from Maastricht, attributed to Petrus Regout & Co, circa 1900. It is the little brother of the large jug but unsigned.
Pattern of small white and blue squares and white lines.
It is in excellent condition: no chips or cracks (note: normal wear for its age and 1 small original firing defect that does not detract from its value: see photo).
It can have various uses, serve as a water or juice pitcher, be used as a vase for rustic bouquets, or beautifully decorate a spot in the house.
It could also be the start of a tiled ceramic collection!
