Pretty oval dish in fine earthenware from the Longwy factory, decorated with a delicate blue motif depicting tits perched on flowering branches, on a cream background slightly aged by time.
The whole is framed by a refined plant frieze, typical of late 19th-century naturalist productions.
This poetic, nature-inspired decoration perfectly illustrates the expertise of Longwy earthenware before the period of the famous cloisonné enamels.
