Charming trio of silver-plated baby rattles:
- 1 silver-plated ball rattle, finely chased with small flowers and stripes (note: the teething ring and chain are missing), 19th century. Dimensions: 4 cm diameter.
- 1 Art Deco silver-plated rattle, chased with stylized small roses on all 4 sides (note: some wear to the silver plating and small dents, teething ring is missing), 20th century. Dimensions: 5.6 cm high, 4 cm wide.
- 1 nut-shaped rattle with an imitation ivory bakelite ring, marked "Marcel" on the small ring attaching the nut to the teething ring, 20th century. The slightly worn silver plating reveals the gilding of the brass, which is not unsightly. Dimensions: nut height: 5 cm, width 4 cm, with ring 9 cm. Total weight: 34 g.
All three make a lovely tinkling sound when shaken!
