Return policy

The items offered for sale on Le Charme des Violettes are vintage, collectible, or second-hand items. They may show signs of age and use, which are described with the utmost care in each listing and illustrated by corresponding photographs.

Before making any purchase, we invite you to read the item description carefully and examine all photographs.

In accordance with European distance selling legislation, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your decision.

The item must be returned within 14 days following the communication of your decision to withdraw.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

The returned item must be sent back in its original condition, accompanied by all its potential accessories and in packaging that ensures its protection during transport.

In accordance with Article VI.51 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the buyer is responsible for any depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In the event of deterioration, breakage, loss of elements, or modification of the item's condition, a reduction in the refund may be applied to the extent of the loss in value observed.

After receipt and verification of the returned item, the refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days following receipt of the return or proof of its dispatch.
