Charming vintage mirror likely dating from the 1960s, with a lovely wooden frame featuring slightly scalloped edges.
Originally brown, the frame was patinated by me in white-grey tones, with a deliberately aged effect allowing the old color and some warmer nuances to show through in places. This soft and luminous finish beautifully highlights the frame's curved lines and gives it a lot of charm.
The mirror has two hanging systems on the back, allowing it to be hung both horizontally and vertically, depending on the space and desired effect.
The back retains a marking "B.M.G. 1965", which likely dates its manufacture to the mid-1960s.
The mirror glass shows some small marks and traces of time, visible in the photographs, which remain discreet and are consistent with its age.
A beautiful decorative mirror, easy to integrate into a bedroom, entryway, or bathroom, as appealing in a romantic or shabby chic interior as in a more contemporary decor.
