General conditions of sale of “Lecharmedesviolettes . com”

1. Object

These general conditions of sale (CGV) govern the contractual relations between the company “Le charme des violets”, hereinafter referred to as “the seller” and any buyer, hereinafter referred to as “the customer”, making a distance purchase. on the website “Lecharmedesviolettes.com”, hereinafter referred to as “the site”.

Le Charme des Violettes is a retail business specializing in antique products and works of art (hereinafter referred to as “products”) and is responsible for selling them to the customer via its site.

2. Products

The products offered for sale on the site are described precisely and exhaustively. The seller undertakes to provide products that comply with the standards in force in Belgium.

3. Price

Product prices are indicated in euros. The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of validation of the order.

4. Order

The customer can place his order on the site by following the order process. Before validating their order, the customer can check the details of the order and its total price and correct any errors. Validation of the order constitutes acceptance of the T&Cs and product prices. The seller confirms the order by email.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or via Paypal. Payments are secure. The order will be processed and shipped after payment is received.

6. Delivery

The sale price includes delivery costs up to 3 kg for Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. The products are delivered by Mondial Relay to the relay point closest to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. The seller undertakes to deliver the products as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the products ordered and the destination.

Beyond 3 kg for these countries and for all other countries, delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and are indicated when ordering. Delivery is made via Mondial Relay or via BPost, with or without tracking depending on the customer's choice when purchasing.

7. Return and refund

The customer has 3 days to indicate that he is not satisfied with the item and that he wishes to return it, explaining the reasons. The customer has 14 days to return products that do not suit them. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. After receipt and inspection, the seller will reimburse the price of the returned products, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.

8. Returned and unclaimed packages

If it happens that the customer has not picked up his package at the Relay Point and this package has been returned to the seller, the latter notifies the buyer and offers to send it back to him at his expense. If the buyer does not come forward, the package becomes the property of the seller again after 1 year from the date of purchase.

9. Personal data

The seller collects the customer's personal data necessary to process the order. This data is not passed on to third parties. The customer has the right to access, rectify and delete his personal data.

10. Intellectual property

The content of the site, in particular images, texts and logos, is protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of the content of the site is prohibited.

11. Disputes

Any dispute relating to the General Terms and Conditions and the use of the site will be subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the customer may refer the matter to the competent court. The seller undertakes to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.

By accepting the General Terms and Conditions and placing an order on the site, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted all of these general conditions of sale.
