Pretty circular metal box with a slip lid.

Highly stylized Art Deco decoration in brick red, black and gold, with geometric floral motifs and concentric circles.

On the bottom, the emblem of Rotary International (the iconic cogwheel with the mention Rotary in the center). Rotary is a service club founded in 1905 in the United States, which grew strongly in Europe from the 1920s.

The interior shows some signs of use (slight oxidation), the exterior is in good general condition with moderate wear.

Probably a souvenir box given at a convention or as a gift to club members.
