Charming Victorian English silver cigar cutter, decorated on both sides with two shamrocks and two intertwined horseshoes. It has a small suspension ring, probably for attaching it to a chatelaine. It bears an unidentified hallmark and dates from around 1900.
It is in good general condition and will delight a collector or be a beautiful addition to a cabinet of curiosities.
