The delivery method and any associated costs vary depending on the destination country and the item's weight. I have strived to find the most economical, practical, and CO2-friendly solutions.

1. Free delivery for the buyer

For Belgium and France, delivery is completely free and is included in the selling price for items weighing up to 3 kg. The displayed price is therefore net, with no extra charges for shipments to these 4 countries.

For items over 3 kg, a delivery fee applies to these 4 countries.

Delivery is made to the nearest Point Relais^® to you, via Mondial Relay with a tracking system (notification by email and/or SMS as soon as the package is available at the Point Relais^®, package handed over against signature, guarantee in case of loss or damage of €25 including tax (shipping costs included)).

I will select the nearest relay point to the delivery address you have entered. Delivery takes on average 3 to 14 days. For any specific request, please send me an e-mail at info@lecharmedesviolettes.com and I will reply as soon as possible.

2. Delivery at the buyer's expense

Delivery costs are added on the payment page.

For Belgium and France, delivery fees will be charged only for items over 3 kg. Delivery is made to the nearest Point Relais^® to you, via Mondial Relay with a tracking system, allowing you to benefit from the lowest rates.

For the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, and Portugal, a delivery fee applies. Delivery is made to the nearest Point Relais^® to you, via Mondial Relay with a tracking system, allowing you to benefit from the lowest rates.

For Germany, Austria, and Italy, a delivery fee applies. Delivery is made by Mondial Relay with a tracking system.

For all other countries, a delivery fee applies. Delivery is handled by BPost under the Economy system (without tracking) or Standard (with tracking) according to the buyer's choice at checkout.

By choosing the Economy system without tracking, the buyer assumes sole responsibility for any loss of the shipped item.

Any customs fees always remain your responsibility, regardless of the amount. It is your responsibility to inquire about applicable customs fees according to the legislation in force in the country of delivery.
