Lovely Fine Bone Bell China English porcelain milk jug, "Meadowside" design, hand-painted motifs. The design dates from 1936-1966, but the pot is probably from the 1950s.
It is beautifully scalloped and edged in green. The patterns on the front (bucolic landscape) and back (flowers) are different. the colors are fresh and soft.
It is a fine translucent porcelain that allows light to be seen through it.
Dimensions: height 9 cm, base 5.5 cm in diameter, width with handle 13 cm, weight 137g.
