Pretty pair of porcelain hanging plates with patterns of flowers and butterflies for one, flowers and swallows for the other, each having gold and scalloped edges. The plates match but each have a different decor.
The one with the swallows is signed by the painter M. Dumont and has no mark on the back. The one with the butterfly bears the CFH mark on the back for Charles Field Haviland Limoges. The two are nevertheless matched.
These pretty decorative plates are in very good condition, except for a small chip on the back of one (see last photo).
Dimensions: diameter 21 cm, total weight 720 g.
