
Classified as a "naive" painter, Luba Simansky (1914-2002) is of Russian origin and has lived in many European and Eastern countries. She dedicated herself to painting from 1965 and won numerous prizes.
This very pretty nameless painting, which dates from 1980, represents a Virgin and Child in a naive and colorful style. Its colorful and flowery patterns are particularly shimmering and joyful.
