Pretty pair of cut crystal candlesticks from the Val Saint-Lambert crystal factory, Imperial model, which dates from the period 1940-1950. They are signed on the base in the crystal.
The Val Saint-Lambert crystal works were created in 1826 on the site of a former abbey in Seraing, near Liège in Belgium. World-renowned, they experience intense and high-quality production.
The Art Deco style, geometric and stylized, of these candlesticks remains very modern today!
They will beautifully decorate a festive table.
One is in perfect condition, the other has 2 very small chips which can be felt when touched, one on the corner of a foot, the other on the top of a branch (see photos).
